Vis 'n Friet - Utrecht

Vis 'n Friet is definitely one of the best Pommes places I've ever been. Potatoes are freshly cut and always order fresh. As the name says, they also serve fish, but frits are fried in a separate deep fat frit perfectly for vegetarians. The staff is incredibly friendly and remembers your order when you often get enough:

Love this place, beautiful location with great food. You put the sauce in a separate holder that is very comfortable as your frits are not soaked. However, the selection of sauces could be better. The prices are good.

Amazing frits that are deep fried and very crispy on the outside, but very soft on the inside! Love the peanut majo sauce I took with these fries. Love the combination!

We’ve been in Utrecht three times so far, visited this tiny every time. Best Fish’n’Chips we know! Always made fresh, always delicious! Great service too. Hope to come back when where we visit Utrecht
