Umi Sushi - Utica

Umi has become our go to place for Sushi. A beautiful presentation of fresh fish and a wounderful menu of other favorites the Chicken Bi Bim Bap bowel is worth a try .

Excellent sushi we have enjoyed a number of selections from their menu and have not been disappointed. We'll worth a visit.

It's just a small little eatery in a nondescript strip mall, but wow do they put a lot of love in to their food! We go here once every month or so, and we've never had a bad experience. My wife loves their sushi, but I'm a huge fan of, and can heartily recommend their seafood fried rice, along with their kake soba. The fried rice tastes fresh and vibrant and the kake soba warms your soul even on the coldest days. A clean and cozy place with excellent, honest food, what's not to love?

First time trying this place, never again. Waited about 10 minutes up front and no one addressed me or my husband, so we went to the cash register area and we were seated at a table directly next to the door which was fine. Menus came 15-20 minutes goes by now waiter no water. 3 groups of people walked in after all got seated within minutes served within minutes so we walked out!!!!!!!!
