Chris and the rest of the staff at Pizza Factory are always friendly and we receive great service. If I'm ever around central Ohio you have to try their pepperoni pizza. Smaller restaurant. Tighter seating. Service was okay. Wasn’t greeted. No directions. We just sat ourselves. First timer. Staff made great recommendations. It got busy towards the end of our dining and had to wait a long time to get checked out. Staff lost focused at some point, nobody was around the front with the customers.
