Bossone's Sausage Meat Co - Utica

I purchase meat for the dishes I serve at my small startup coffee shop from this place. Although I only buy a small quantity each week, as I don’t need much, the prices are quite reasonable!

This restaurant is amazing! Their quality and consistency are unmatched. I really hope they expand so that I can purchase all my meat from them. I even quit smoking to lower my blood pressure just so I can enjoy their meatballs!

The chicken cutlet was the best I’ve ever had. The pasta and peas were fantastic as well. This place is the real deal for Italian takeout!

The bone-in pork chops here are simply the best! The staff is incredibly friendly, making it a welcoming place to visit. It's definitely one of our go-to spots in Utica!

Bossones provided catering for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, and they were simply amazing. Their service is very personal, and they can truly cater to any request! The staff was incredibly professional, and Gina was absolutely delightful. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the events.
