Bella Regina - Utica

Obviously google has not updated the location to north utica. I've been in the city for years. both have their advantages and disadvantages. I miss the cooler to go. If there was one, I didn't see it. they have my order 95 % right, have left the ricotta on my veal parm. it was much over broth. it was good, but the additional broth time exaggerated the other ingredients. it was also chinsey on the mozzarella. it was more convenient for me in the city, I doubt that I have to go to north utica. danielle’s and ventura’s are closer and better.

The eating was salty I ordered chicken alfredo and seafood suppe actually chowder the sauce was somehow spoiled. Eating was terrible. Don't they eat here, they don't love? sad takeover of Italian food. I would like to say that it is not even important to you that the black community buys food from your restaurant. only know that we are a great contributor to our community and mother and pop shops and restaurants in utica ny and the world! their answer is not even professional let them see if they long offer a replacement to our complaining not even a replacement smh!

Eating was amazing. the service was amazing. I would give more stars, but 5 is the limit. I will definitely make a return. had the chicken riggies and the meatball remover. eating was amazing. the broth and the sauce with the meatballs were the next stage.

With distance the best Italian restaurant in oneida county. regina and angela work so hard to make their visit special. the waiters are great.

Hands down, best Italian in Utica, NY. The decor is campy and lighthearted. It’s nostalgia at it’s finest. The food is the same in that perspective. The ambiance captures the nostalgia of the food. It brings me back to Sunday dinners at my best friends house.The food is made to order and the owner, Regina, pours her heart into this food. If this is a lunch break situation, order your food the day before. This is not Olive Garden, where everything is frozen and reheated. This is made fresh, but the owner, herself.The portions are extremely generous and trust me you will have leftovers for days. The seafood and chicken rigs are exceptional and order the long hots and rice balls too!RJ, our server, was great at offering recommendations and being patient with my friend and I trying to decide what to order. He made the experience, he was friendly, professional, and engaging.If you are in Utica, do not miss this hidden gem!
