Sabaku Sushi - Utah

Food was great, service was great, could be a nice atmosphere but it got really loud in there, literally could not hear my wife speak to me and she was sitting right next to me

I live costal in San Diego so finding a good fresh sushi spot inland can be challenging. The portions are smaller than I anticipated for the price but it was all good.

We waited like 20 min for each dish we ordered. Totally a simple sushi roll meal took us more than 2h. Pricy sushi considering it's portion too. We each spent 50+ but still hungry. Btw, be aware they also charge 18% tips for take out:

This place is kind of like a hole in the wall. I heard about it a couple years ago and tried it out. It seemed like they were just starting out so they weren't very organized and I didn't give them the benefit of the doubt. I was referred by one of the chefs about how good it was.
