Qdoba Mexican Eats

My husband picked up food for us on his way home. When he brought it home, his bowl was fine but mine smelled and tasted off. I suspected the sour cream was the culprit and asked him about it. He mentioned he got a fresh bottle, but they used an old bottle for my order. The food was completely inedible. We tried to get a refund over the phone, but they insisted we had to go back to the restaurant in person to request it. In my opinion, this policy is unreasonable and we will not be returning.

The food and service were good, and the order was hot and ready when I picked it up. However, the kitchen, floor, and cashier area were dirty.
