Top quality pizzas like tarte flambée cannot be found elsewhere, especially the calzone. I highly recommend checking it out. Customer since opening, never disappointed. If you like good traditional tarte flambées and thin crust pizzas cooked over a wood fire, I recommend the La Flambée Bruno food truck! Being once again passing through Alsace, it was impossible for me not to stop to taste a Munster tart flambée and its Pizza suggestion, the burrata, which by the way is excellent, the photo says it all! As usual, great welcome, not too long of a wait (just call in advance) and above all Bruno is super friendly, good humor guaranteed!
