Urla Surf House

They charged me twice, about $650.X 2, For rental and taking lessons. the receptionist told me I was charged once, and they gave me a receipt) They told me their machine didn't work the first time, so I paid with my other card. When I came back home, I noticed I was charged twice, considering mistakes happen sometimes. Still, I did not appreciate it when I called the manager to explain the situation, and also I called the receptionist; they both responded that they would get back to me, but no one did, and that is very disappointing; however, about two months later my bank honors my claim.

Planned to stay 2 weeks, ended up staying almost 4month! Best spot in Turkey to learn kitesurf and probably in the top list for world for beginners (especially regarding what you get for the price when comparing to other countries . The water is flat and you can walk on a huge area which makes learning so much faster (I never kited before and now Im jumping at least 3meters . There is a dedicated area for teaching that is huge as well (so you have space away from the pros . Teacher were all super great and gave good advice. Wind can be really strong sometimes for good jumps. Hotel had such a good ambiant and just next to the kite beach. I spend the whole summer there. I could write to much here... At the restaurant, try the wraps and the humar bar, they were my favorites. If you read until here you are already sold, nothing to hesitate just go ;

It is a wonderful place, built in love from a lovely couple. The staff is also full of great people which makes the place even better. I had read in another review that the kitchen is not good at all, which is just wrong at all (it's a kiteplace and not a 5* hotel so maybe those people had to high expectations)! The food i had was always very good. The kite area is just in the front and the wind always better then in the forecast. Also the direction of the wind is perfect in summer (maybe always). Thank you so much for the wonderful stay i'll come back once
