フィードバックを提供するI'm relatively new to Twisted Bean and am still exploring everything it has to offer. The mornings here are quite busy, and there are many regulars. However, it's one of the larger cafes I've visited. The food and drinks are fantastic, and the service is excellent. One advantage is that they have a private room that can be reserved online for meetings or gatherings with family and friends. There’s no rental fee; you just need a minimum of four people and a spending amount of $40 while you're there. We recently did a $40 gift card, and everyone was able to use it. It's a great place! We've returned several times since then and always bring friends and family along.
I have been a regular at your restaurant for several years, and my experiences have always been positive. I especially love the quiche. However, my last two visits have been disappointing. On my last order, the piece I received was much smaller than what I had gotten in the past. Today, it was a leftover, dry piece! My friend returned half of it and mentioned it to the staff, but she just responded, “oh, ok.” Seriously? When you’re charging that much for a small slice of quiche, I expect it to be fresh. The first bite was crunchy, and it was clear just by looking at it that it wasn’t fresh. Such a letdown.
There's usually plenty of seating available. They have a side room that I enjoy working in when it isn't reserved for private groups, as it provides a quieter environment. There's also a countertop if you prefer standing while you work. I appreciate that they use ceramic mugs and plates, which helps reduce disposable waste. However, I need to remember to bring my own reusable utensils, as they do use disposable ones. I also bring my own water bottle, and it’s great that they have a water filling station! Wow, I just realized how much I wrote! Can you tell that I'm a regular there?
A nice coffee place! The roasted marshmallow latte was pretty sweet but the espresso was good. We had the brown sugar scone and it was a little dry but we still finished it ;
We've done dine in and take out for years. About 2 years ago, the quality of the drinks began to decline. I talked to the manager, emailed corporate, and all I got was the offer of free drinks (which I did not use). How hard is it to do quality checks on your product?
