Let's Eat Cake - Urbana

I ordered the 10 in round Key Lime Cake with Cream Cheese frosting for my mother in laws 90th birthday. The cake was beautiful and delicious!! My mother in law is a huge key lime pie fan so this was truly special to her! Everyone at her party loved the cake and needless to say.... no leftovers! The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience. I will definitely order from them again! Thank you for helping make her day special!!

Saw this bakery on Instagram and drove an hour to visit. Once there, which was noon, asked for a coffee to drink with some pastries. The coffee pot was empty and they refused to make another pot because it was too late in the day . They advertise themselves as a bakery and coffee shop. Business must be poor if they can 't brew another pot of coffee.

Ordered a Cake for my Sons Graduation. Forgot to tell them the School Colors but the Girls picked up on me mentioning where he was graduating from and looked up the School Colors and placed it on his Cake. Very friendly staff and as always very delicious.

Cupcakes taste great and have always loved this place, but I recently tried to put in a custom order and they would not get back to me if they could do it or not. When I would call, the person on the phone would say they would call back and let me know once they heard back from the baker. Granted I was on a time crunch, but a simple yes or no would have been fine. There seems to be a lack of communication between the staff and the baker(s). I called back everyday for a week with no answer.

I just got to experience a cake by these wonderful ladies and my expectations were exceeded. It was a no brainer to give them a try seeing as how nice their prices are. When they presented the cake, I was taken aback by how precisely they followed my custom hopes for it. It looked exactly like the photo I’d provided. Normally, I don’t have much of a sweet tooth, but I throughly enjoyed it from presentation to my plate to my stomach lol. And everyone else agreed because it got eaten through same day! Highly recommend this place if you haven’t tried them yet!
