China Garden Uppsala

We wanted to spend a nice day at the Chinese restaurant. We found it right on our street, China garden we were greeted in a very bad way and the least explanation by the owner waiter. We paid before consuming 149 kr to find out that the food is inedible. We were completely upset by the bad kitchen. We left almost everything because it was all disgusting. We will never go back there, they don 't deserve another chance.

Food as good as in a Chinese restaurant in the UK. Great staff, quick pleasent service and very low prices. What more do you want?

An average Chinese buffé for a reasonable price. Food served warm and beer served cold. Clean and well kept dining room. Was exactly what I expected, no surprises but no disappointments either.

We wanted to try something new...found this place with OK reviews. The sushi rice was so overcooked it resembled a porridge. The fried chicken and shrimps were 80% batter. The crispy duck was soggy and dry. Teriyaki skewers were so dry that a mouthful of dust would have been refreshing. The ONLY thing OK we're the prawn crackers. But nobody could mess those up anyway. Awful awful awful. Probably the worst food I had in my life. I'll turn 50 soon

I go to this place a few times a year, it has never let me down, well, let's say the staff could be a little more friendly but the food more that makes up for that. Lunch time buffet is very good and varied. The price is acceptable at around €10 a pop for all you can eat. All in all, recomended.
