Midoh Kitchen - Upplands Vaesby

Yesterday, we had visitors from overseas who enjoy sushi. So, we decided to go to Midoh for a 40-piece mixed sushi platter. As always, it was amazing.

I was looking for a delicious meal on my way to Arlanda airport and Midoh definitely delivered. Even though there was no English menu, requesting omakase or the chef's choice resulted in a stunning plate of unique and flavorful sushi. Thank you, Midoh Kitchen!

I visited this cozy restaurant on a Wednesday night and was pleasantly surprised. It offers both takeout options and a few tables for dining in. The open kitchen allows you to see your food being prepared, which I found enjoyable. The tuna roll I ordered was incredibly delicious. The price also includes a drink and soup. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future.

As I write this review I am eating my vegetarian bibimbap. I have never written a food review before but am so excited to share in my joy that I can’t even wait to finish my meal! The kimchi is out of this world with just the perfect amount of heat, pickled cucumber delicious, marinated tofu full of flavour, all of this mixed with rice, avocado, carrots and topped with a beautifully fried egg. I’m so happy. Thank you very much Midoh Kitchen! My husband is equally delighted with his meat bibimbap!
