Baskin-robbins - Upper Lake

I ordered a cake several days ago. I called to check that it was ready for pickup because I realized I did not get an email confirmation. When I called they told me they had just received the order and they don?t have a cake designer as they have to call her in and she is unavailable. This is the kind of thing that I should have been informed of when I first placed my order. Now it is way too late to special order any other cake and I wasn?t informed until it was too late.

Well I can?t attest to the service or product because when I went there at 8pm they were closed even though it says open until 10pm. Very disappointed.

They're always out of the flavors that I want and they never answer their phone so I can ask them if they have them before I go there. Otherwise their ice cream is great!!!

Service is good and generous. Ice cream is good for sure and the coffee is nice for summer day. With the nice lake view, love it.

So yummy ice cream. We both had 2 scoops in a cup. Flavors were Rocky Road and Mother's making cookies ????
