Starbucks - Upper Darby

Yesterday morning I ordered a cup of coffee, I saw my barista forgot to put milk and after she complete making my drink, I kindly asked for more milk and the barista rudely reply “ I have to pay.” Never in my experience, I have to pay more for light heavy cream milk. The Barista was very unprofessional and displayed poor customer service, and showed a very rude demeanor.

Ghetto slow workers they would stop working to tell their coworkers a story waited in line fir 15 min ordered then watched the ghetto workers in there ignore the white guy that’s was behind me in line worst Starbucks ever and I hate blasting my people too

This Starbucks has become super your time ghetto, some of the staff is rude, don’t care about how they make drinks, give attitude when you ask for anything else. Very very slow service. If you hate your job just leave. I’ll be going to another Starbucks for now on that’s further from my home due to this. Don’t waste your time going here.

If you’re in a rush in the morning stay away from this Starbucks. I ordered my coffee when I left the house at 6:20. I got to Starbucks at 6:30 and was there until 6:50 waiting for my drink. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. What is the point of mobile ordering if it takes over 30 mins to get your order.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I always go to Starbucks to study because it is usually not too loud. This Starbucks was filled with chatty high schoolers just sitting there chilling. The manager closed the sitting area said it is only grab go right now. I don’t think that is allowed but she probably did not want to deal with the swarm of high schoolers sitting in. Which is understandable but is unfair to those who actually go there to get there work done. I’m in the middle of doing my school work and the manager is trying to rush me out. Very inconsiderate. Do not recommend if you are looking for somewhere to lock into your work.
