Carl's Jr - Upland

Carl's Jr. is a favorite of mine. Good food. Good portions. Clean. Friendly staff. 4 stars because the dining room is closed.

Workers are friendly even when the line is long. Food order is prepared accurately. I live within driving distance of multiple Carls jr. and consistently go to this one.

They have tip jar for drive through and duplicated my hamburger order. This tip thing is getting out of hand we ALL PAYING to much these days . We all struggling go back to good service and extra mile.

I believe the manager was working the front register she took my order was very polite. But if you decide to eat in the restaurant there os an old funky smell???? inside not very clean and the homeless are allowed to hang out inside and even usethe outlets in the ceiling to plug in devices????. You won't be seeing me eat inside this place or order from here again????

Customer service at drive thru yesterday the manager took the order that she went beyond rudeness, never should be seen anyone like this. per the type that gave me the command, her name is Mary new manager she should stay at home and not work with this job at all. what a shame
