Hochalm - Untertauern

The location of the restaurant is amazing, it is the jam of 3 ski lifts. The food is okay, what we really loved is the parties in the terrace in sunny weather. The atmosphere is incredible

Really nice service, delicious food for a good price, great atmosphere. The only drawback is that in summer many insects you want to eat, but hey, these are the mountains :

On skiing holiday we went to Hochalm for lunch, which to us was a disappointment. It's a selfservice, and the area for ordering and collecting food is tiny, why it easily get crowded. Furthermore, 1/2 chicken which we had, was dry. We hoped for a juicy chicken, but this was not the case for us. Later in the afternoon we went for drinks at the big terrasse. Lots of people and lively. This makes it a good venue.

This place is ideal for apres ski. Perfectly situated on the mountain with a great bar and atmosphere! The food here is decent, but it's best quality is definitely the bar.
