Chambers Bay Grill - University Place

I was looking forward to eating at Chambers. In the past, I have had great food and have enjoyed the wide selection of entrees on the menu. To my surprise the menu has changed significantly. Typical American fare nothing special. The sweet potato fries were not appealing. Perhaps a bit to deep fried.

The view is amazing! The food was pretty good. I had a side salad but everyone else who I was with who ordered food looked delicious. The drinks are great!

While the view is undoubtedly beautiful, I'm not convinced it's worth the inflated prices, subpar food, and lackluster service. Our server was absent for most of our meal, and the portion sizes were disappointing for what we paid. I ordered the fish and chips, and it resembled something you'd get at a fast-food restaurant in both appearance and taste. Perhaps the other dishes are better, but for $20, I expected a much higher quality meal.

This charming little restaurant has a lovely dining area that serves delicious food. If you sit outside, you'll be treated to stunning views of the coastline and the water. The dish featured in the picture is a double smash burger, loaded with bacon, a hash brown patty, grilled onions, and a perfectly runny egg!

The restaurant offers stunning views, a diverse menu with plenty of vegetarian options, and excellent service. If I lived in the area, it would definitely be my go-to place.
