Fresh Kitchen - University Park

This place was recommended by someone at Treeumph Adventures. I asked for a local to recommend something good. Wow, I was so glad I asked! The food was amazing! My sister and I were both blown away with the freshness and food selection. I'm a vegetarian and she's not and we both said how we need one near Springhill. I just can't say enough good about this place. We Googled to find a closer location and want to own a franchise because we believe in what they do!

I am so happy with the food - very tasty and the taste is right at the point. The teas and soda are also great! I have to taste her sweet green!

Always brilliant. Some of the dishes are quite sharp, even those they say are not so be careful. But the food is delicious anyway. The pork potato noodles and coconut rice are my favorite bases. I love mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, and the tofu is good. I love the taste of almond chicken, but its crispy and always a bit on the dry side so be aware and get sauce.

Oh, my God it was so DELICIOUS not what we expected! Our granddaughter is vegan and she eats there with her vegan friends. My husband and I had chicken in ours he ordered the 6 bowl and could hardly finish it, my Gr.dtr. And I ordered the kids bowl, I had 3 chicken tenders in mine. There was so much food I brought 1/2 of mine home. Place is clean and help is very efficient and the price of the food was worth it. Will definitely go there again!

The cauliflower mashed is amazing. I really was craving a healthy option that was keto friendly as well. Had the Kale Caesar, salmon, green beans and cauliflower mash with a side of avocado! Was delicious and really filling. The ingredients were all really fresh and flavourful. The line went quickly as well so very efficient. I did try the immune booster shot and it wasn’t my favourite
