フィードバックを提供するI attempted to visit this restaurant twice during their posted business hours, but both times I found them closed. This latest time, I placed an order online and they took my payment, but when I arrived, the doors were locked and the phone number provided in my order confirmation is no longer active. I've reported this as fraud to my bank. I had heard great things about their food and was really looking forward to trying it, but this will be my final attempt.
We placed an online order here on January 17 around 6:30 PM, but when we arrived to pick it up, the store was completely closed. When we called the number listed, it said the number was disconnected. We tried another number, but it went straight to voicemail. I would understand if we received a refund, but it feels like they took our money without providing any service. I've been trying to call, but no one answers. DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED. It's unfortunate that this happened, and I hope someone sees this so we can get our money back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order online, through their online ordering system, at 8:40pm, for curbside pickup. I get there right at 8:59pm, and call them. Three calls and nobody answers. I walk up to the door, only for the employee to tell me that they’re closed and then that there’s no pickup order ready. Okay, well I have the order information and receipt in my email so I show him that. He says he’s gonna go look again and try to figure out what’s going on, while leaving me to stand outside and wait in 15 degree weather. He comes back and tells me there’s no order and he can’t give me a refund or anything because he doesn’t know how to work the system. I’m sorry, what? You’re an employee and you don’t know how to work the system there? He responds with “Oh, I don’t even work here. I’m just covering for someone who does. So like you’ll have to come back tomorrow and talk to someone about it.” Are you kidding? You’re an employee but you don’t even work there?? What kind of business is this? Very disappointing.
Ordered a pick up order on my lunch break took my money and got down there and the store was closed. But you accepted my order? Wasted my time, my lunch break, and didn’t get the money back. Won’t be coming back to this place in the future.
