Jack In The Box - University City

I’m a regular at Jack in the Box, and the staff in University are always in great spirits! I’ve never had a disappointing experience at the University City location! Thanks y’all!

Man at drive through says they are closed except for door dash. Website provides nothing on this and no reason or consideration is given

Attempted to order drive-thru at around 8:30 pm. Was told they are only doing mobile orders and doordash, no in-person orders. Just a heads up for anyone looking to order at night, looks like this is a common issue here and there's plenty of other fast food on Olive.

The team was so helpful trying to help the customer in front of us but their card was not working. But that caused us to wait about 20 mins to get our order and the fries was already cold. Other than this it was good the food, the friendliness, and the experience were good.

Food is always fresh and correct. Employees are friendly! Use the app for great deals!
