WORST Sonic location! Seventeen minutes from when I completed placing mobile app order and checking in to getting our 3 drinks and one cone! Had to hit the button after order progress disappeared from screen to ask about the status. Then they forgot the cone and we waited another three minutes, with another prompt of going to the door to ask! Cone finally came no napkins Sad part? THIRD TIME THIS HAPPENED! Wasn’t even busy! My visits are free and far between. If I didn’t like their prices and good unsweetened tea, I would NEVER go back to this location! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
