I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The waitress initially tried to convince me that the dish I wanted was raw, even though I had requested it cooked differently. Despite my explanation, she insisted I order something else. When I checked with other staff members to clarify, they confirmed that the waitress was mistaken. However, she claimed that the person who prepared my meal makes it raw. The main reason I choose chain restaurants is for their consistency, and it's disappointing when a meal can vary so much depending on who is cooking. I often feel that this place doesn't honor its commitment to quality service, which makes it frustrating to have to address these issues repeatedly.

Food was delicious and on time. The silverware could have been cleaner.

The service was quick, but no one attending our table. We waited 25 minutes while we watched other tables around us being served drinks and appetizers. After being told to wait another 10 minutes without any updates, we decided to leave.

The food was terrible. The food was cold and hard. Did not enjoy myself.
