We had an amazing lunch at Tom's! The French dip sandwich and garlic fries were delicious, and our server, Holly, was outstanding! She was incredibly friendly, offered excellent recommendations for food and drinks (as well as for the slot machines), and the service was incredibly fast. It was a great experience chatting with her about the extreme sports on TV. Thank you for the prompt service!

We ordered the famous French dip, but it was overly fatty and the cheese wasn’t melted. Our waitress accidentally clicked the wrong button, resulting in us receiving items we didn’t order. When we spoke to the manager, he simply said, “Okay, enjoy,” which didn’t help at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience! We ended up with a bill of $77 for a meal we didn’t even enjoy. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Lunch with a friend. The food was good. Honored with enthusiasm from the hosts, very welcoming. It was a bit of our server that called us too much for me as a sweetheart, love, honey. Bathroom was a mess. Chicken Caesar Salat was fresh and delicious. Friend had glazed salmon and was happy with it. I'm going back, but exploring other alternatives. Edit: fell on two stars as someone reached the rating and when I email, per their request NO answer. Wouldn't return. Update: received a gift certificate from previous managers due to the bad experience and had the opportunity to use it. What a difference! Jim (new manager) and Erin (server) gave us an unforgettable experience! Very new mood, food was excellent, actually felt like a completely different restaurant. Grilled chicken sandwich looked fantastic. Super fresh, my culinary companion enjoyed. I had cooked the Asian salad, salmon for perfection. Great experience. Will return. Thank you, Jim and Erin!

Average chain restaurant food, nothing special. The nachos were not cooked in the oven, they simply had Queso and blows on them. The chicken pliers were good. The cocktail I ordered from the drink card was so sweet that it wasn't even enjoyable.

We decided to try Tom's for the first time today, and we were blown away! My husband and I can be a bit particular about our food, but this place was amazing. The short rib tacos and prime rib dip sandwich easily made it into our top five favorite meals ever. The cocktails were phenomenal, and the appetizers were fantastic as well. The staff, including our server Tanya, was super friendly and checked on us several times. Tanya took excellent care of us and made us feel like old friends. She also had great recommendations for food and drinks. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in search of a new favorite spot!
