Best burger tastes really good service all tip highly recommended

Service was abysmal, uneducated staff. Drinks were taken away from me while I was in the toilet, but the contents were still there. After I pointed it out to her, she wasn't interested

After hearing nothing but good things about this new diner, we wanted to give it a try. So we planned an evening and reserved a table. Unfortunately I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. Anyone who values good burgers and loaded fries will not be happy here. The menu is very small and only offers a handful of options: a few burgers, salads, wings and fries. After that it gets pretty poor. I immediately asked if the patties were freshly made as I like my burger medium rare. Unfortunately, we were assured that everything was finished. This was confirmed in the evening. The burger looked like it had been bought from Lidl and simply put together. The chili cheese sauce on the fries was also too little and tasted disappointing. If you open a new diner and only offer a small selection, why not make everything fresh and focus on the highest quality? It's a shame, but unfortunately we won't be coming back. The price was okay, but the service had to be good. Unfortunately this is self-service, which is also disappointing.
