I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing rice, and the girl on the phone suggested that it was likely thrown away. When I disputed that it was their mistake and requested a solution, she threatened to call the police and falsely claim that I had verbally insulted her. This was incredibly frustrating. I simply wanted them to acknowledge their error and correct it. This level of customer service was unacceptable. A simple order turned into a major hassle, and instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they chose to escalate the situation. At no point did I insult anyone; I just wanted them to resolve their mistake.
