Steak Haus La Perla - Ueberherrn

We have been eating there several times with the old owners. It was always great. Yesterday for the first time in the new restaurant. When we arrived we had to wait for our table (we had reserved), which I can still see over. Then we've been brought to a table and let's wait 15 minutes. Without card without everything. Then someone came and wanted to pick up our order. Get a map, select and wait for almost 20 minutes until someone came. A steak was ordered in blue rare.... you should assume in a steakhouse that you know what that is. Judging from the point of view, however, it was a foreign word. We had to explain. When the appetizer came after more than an hour, 3 were wrong. Wait again. In the meantime, unfortunately, there was no service that would have asked if you would like to drink something more. We had to ask for napkins three times because we didn't get one. Then the main courts came. If you know the restaurant from earlier, you've been disappointed. The food was good. All fresh. The portions, however, are so small that some of us are still somewhere else to eat. We wanted to separate the bill.... That's what I think was the hardest thing all night. And then to stand and say yes we work here with the B and C team. That's not exactly commendable for a boss. They were all very nice and friendly. However, from restaurant guide and good service it is unfortunately miles away. We used to like being here. Now we won't go. Good luck to the new owner and that it was just a bad day
