Kfc - Tyler

We had to wait for more than 20 minutes for our food, which is understandable considering who orders KFC at 6:45 in the evening. When we finally received our order, the chicken was thinly breaded and the Mac and cheese was cold. However, the biscuits were a bright spot and were delicious.

I have never received service like I did today at a fast food restaurant. The drive-thru greeted me pleasantly and promptly, with the young lady's glowing personality shining through the speakers. When I got to the window to pick up my order, her infectious smile made my day. It's unfortunate that we're used to mediocre customer service, but Ms. Regina truly made a difference in my mood. KFC, hire 20 more like her! And I hope my food is good too! LOL.

I ordered the 2 piece breast and wing combo meal and found it to be delicious and well-prepared. The restaurant also offered delicious raspberry tea, strawberry-watermelon drink, and Pepsi, all of which I enjoyed. The facility was very clean, and I appreciated being able to dine in the lobby, unlike at Popeyes where only the drive-thru was open due to being short-staffed.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was extremely disorganized. Despite verbally confirming my order, I found that items were missing when I got home. It was frustrating to realize that they had not properly prepared my order.

The wings are too small and some of the workers are playing in the kitchen.
