Jersey Mike's Subs - Twinsburg

It could have been a better experience. The staff spent a lot of time on their phones, and I noticed them using their phones while wearing gloves, then handling food. It was quite off-putting.

The subs here are huge, and you certainly get your money's worth with generous portions. It's a typical sub shop franchise, so the overall experience is similar to others in the chain. However, the difference lies in the employees; their service truly enhances your visit.

This lunch spot in Twinsburg is great. I really enjoy their freshly made subs, and I usually order the #9.

Very unprofessional, laughing and joking while I was trying to order my food. And then got the order wrong because of not listening.

We came in right before closing and the employees were still very friendly and accommodating. The subs were delicious!
