We saw good reviews, decided to give this place a try. That was a mistake. After we were seated, nobody came by to take our drink orders, though someone did drop off some chips and salsa. After a while, I stood up to look around, see if there were any workers in the area. There was one, and he saw me and came over, so we put in our drink and food orders. The drinks didn't take too long, but when the waitress brought my wife's food, she said mine would be right out. Nope. More waiting. I asked a couple of people if my food was coming out any time soon, and got confused looks and no more attention. After my wife finished her food, we were able to get a waitress' attention to get the check. I didn't want to take a chance on them taking a long time with the credit card, so I put down just enough cash to pay for my wife's food and drink, rounded up to the next dollar. If I'd had change, I'd have tried to pay it to the penny. Nobody working the front today (Aug 9, 2024) should have a job in the restaurant business. If there's any sort of manager who was supposed to be working today, they should be fired immediately, with no severance and barred from being rehired. Don't waste your time going to Fiesta. You're better off getting something from a gas station.
Getting seated...little to no wait unless when rarely there is no available table, which is to be expected anywhere. Waiters have always been great have paid attention to drinks needing refilled they do understand English well, at least as far as there menu commonly used costumer/waiter language. Food I can only speak for a couple items on menu due to there's only 2 I order at any Mexican restaurant but they have always served my family consistently I've ever heard only few minor complaints not worth even mentioning from anyone I know who eats there. Of 150 or more meals there may have been 2 or 3 times when one of our plates wasn't exactly as ordered or as expected it's been quickly corrected plus some without any question from waiters or management.
This was our first time eating here. We were craving Mexican food. It was delicious and plates were huge. Excellent chips and salsa. We will be back.
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! We were passing through, saw the reviews, and figured we would try this place. OMG... WHAT A MISTAKE. I am not sure if we hit it on the wrong day but I can 't believe all the positive reviews on this place. I ordered a chimichanga and after the first bite realized how old the oil was in their fryer because the chimichanga was terrible tasting... Replace your oil in your fryer people. I did enjoy the queso with chorizo, along with chips and salsa, but must admit that the two entrees were horrible. I ate the beans and the salad but could not choke down any more of the chimichanga, nor the rice. The Mrs said that the ground beef in her taco and enchilada tasted off and she did not even attempt to choke it down. I hope you get a better tasting meal than we had...good luck.
