フィードバックを提供するI ordered two smoothies, and it took 30 minutes for the employee to even start making them. Meanwhile, three groups that ordered after me were served before I was. When he finally did come over, he had forgotten my order, and I had to remind him what I had requested. The customer service was appalling—there wasn't even a smile or an apology.
All three staff members seemed inexperienced. The blonde guy was preoccupied with dancing and singing behind the counter while we were trying to place our order, creating an unprofessional atmosphere. The larger girl who took our order was quite rude. The Asian girls appeared to be under the influence. One of them did acknowledge her coworker when we entered, but it didn't improve our experience. We came for the $5 Friday deal, only to find out that it was no longer available. They claimed it would only cost an extra dollar, but in the end, we were charged $16.09 for two 32oz smoothies.
The worker who is loading today is terrible. I ordered 40 ounces once and he only filled it halfway. then I tried to get smoothie 30 minutes before closing today at 18:30 clock and it was already closed. he didn't call. also the storage times say 9 o'clock, but the door temporarily say 7 o'clock, so the hours have to be fixed.
Had the option for picking up by ship and they did not offer. When I called the lady, she was so rude! never again
Rude staff. Apparently there was supposed to be a sign on the menu letting people know they would be closing for cleaning? The only sign I saw was one to pull up to the window to order. Considering we waited in line 15 minutes and there were several cars behind us MAYBE someone should have come out and POLITELY informed us?? Never going back. Sad because my kids and I were super excited for a healthier option to a milkshake. McDonalds does better.
