Red Lobster Tuscaloosa

The food was cold and lacked flavor. The margaritas were overly icy and not enjoyable. I will not be returning to this particular Red Lobster.

The dining experience and service were fantastic! However, we did have an awkward encounter with the host. We arrived five minutes before our reservation, which we made through OpenTable. Despite having a 15-minute grace period, and noticing many empty tables, the host explained that our reservation only mattered if we showed up at the exact same time as someone else. This seemed to undermine the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. Although our wait was only five minutes, it felt a bit clumsy. Thankfully, everything improved significantly after that rocky start.

We made reservations in advance, but still had to wait, even though there were only a few people at our table. We waited an hour for our food, which arrived cold, and it took just as long to get a glass of water. Overall, the experience was awful!
