Bojangles - Tuscaloosa

I ordered 3 4 piece chicken supreme meals I get home and I only got 3piece meals I paid $31.00 . The tenders were so small and the order of fries were small in each box. I guess they must thought I ordered kids meal from McDonald's. I will never go back . I called and both managers I spoke with your very rude. Don't go waste your money here. Never get a how are you or thanks and no receipt.

I wish I could give a 0 star for the experience that I have had at this place. I?m originally from Atlanta and came to visit a family member and decided to stop at this bojangles. That right there was my worst mistake yet. This manger Alison, or at least that what she told me, I?m not sure if she gave me a fake name or not. But she was not only rude to me but also her employees. My order wasn?t fully correct but it wasn?t a big deal to me so I asked if she could fix it and she proceeded to ask me ?why?? I told her it wasn?t what I paid for, so she looked in it and said ?well you actually got more then what you paid for so you should be happy?. Then she proceeded to get mad at an employee at the register when she didn?t even make my food !! Like if you want to get mad at someone get mad at your kitchen line but not the person who took my order and actually took my CORRECT order. I feel bad for the people who have to work with her and might endure this type of thing everyday ?????.

There were 5 people with headsets on and no one could speak up at the drive thru for me to even hear them taking my order. When I finally said ?hello? I was yelled at to pull around. Rude customer service and I won?t be back.

I have always come to this Bojangles a lot for my favorite steak biscuit since it is super close to my house, but I just pulled through the drive thru a few minutes ago and ate about half my biscuit before I realized the middle of the biscuit was not completely done! It was still RAW DOUGH and this is a big concern for me because I am pregnant! Bojangles, please cook your food thoroughly because you don?t know who is consuming your food. Such a disappointment and will not be coming back to this Bojangles.

Management absolutely needs to pay more. These kinds of wages in 2021 are absolutely unacceptable. Employees seem to be trying their best, but it?s understandable why service is slow and they have trouble keeping up with lunch rush. Management owners should be ashamed. Avoid eating here until this is fixed.
