El Pollo Loco - Turlock

I really love el pollo loco, but whoever they hired recently is awful. I have gotten food from here a few times and the food is always made wrong, doesn't follow instructions and it's clearly old food that has been sitting for a WHILE. My tacos are hard and stale and so are my churros, it's like the tacos were on a heating lamp for over an hour and the churros were just left out. It was barely warm. I'm going to start eating at a diff location because this is the 5th time my food from this location has been a waste of money. Please hire people who care.

Usually 5 stars but tonight all my food was cold and dried out like it had been sitting for a long time under heat lamp. Moisture was gone. OLD FOOD NOT GOOD.

I work for a big office and if I order, it's more catering. The food in general is really good, but they tend to forget large portions of my food every time I order, and never give utensils for the items I perches. I'm just saying they need to be sure that all the items are in the bag before they give the supplier.

The service was bad. The reigning manager Juanita was rude and would not pay tribute to her employees that he told the customer about a special that she then had, she gave the chief executive the name for a complaint. Store 3527 in Turlock is a must to avoid as far as the service goes. Save your headaches and go to another business that sells Mexican food in town, many of them. After they are rude, hiding in front of the camera and finally they have forgotten articles in my sale. Terrible. I won't use them anymore.

I came to lunch earlier when I made deliveries, but tonight it seemed that they were overly short employees, as there was a long waiting time to take the orders of the 3 people in the line. I decide to use the restroom while I wait for them to get orders, but instead I find some people smoking there. I guess time to find a new restaurant for lunch.
