Pizza Hut - Tupelo

We ordered the big box for delivery and the pizza was still raw. It was 38$ and we gave him 100$ he said he didn't have change, so we told him to keep the change.. almost a 60$ tip and the food still was

Pizza was delicious and fresh. Then workers were nice and friendly. Restaurant was somewhat clean.

We called the store to order because we were visiting and at a hotel. The csr that answered was very rude and said they don’t deliver there, when I asked him what store to call for delivery he said “I don’t care” and hung up on me. Then I got on the website to order instead. I placed my order and was told the total and paid. They said 66.89 was the total the charged my card 70.77. I called back to verify that they had the right information for the order and they sent my order to door dash and gave the dasher an address for Walmart. When I got my order it was overloaded with grease and burnt. I recommend choosing any other pizza place if you are visiting Tupelo.

Worst Pizza Hut franchise I’ve ever dealt with. Received half my order, what I did get was wrong. Order elsewhere.

We ordered twice from them lately and the first time, the cheese pizza tasted like it had chemicals in it. It was horrible. We called and told them and the manager said we could return it and either her another pizza or a free one for next time. We chose to get a free one next time. So. The next time we ordered and once again, the cheese pizza was horrible and tasted of chemicals. We called and told them it happened again and she said they would refund us the money. My husband went to get the refund a couple weeks later and the manager said “ we changed our system so we can’t give you a refund now “. We were furious. The pizza is horrible now and they don’t stand by their word. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.
