Always busy but the employees are always kind and do a great job.

Today I went there for the first time and ordered 3 different ice creams. My ice cream that was supposed to be a peanut butter blizzard was a strawberry blizzard! On my receipt I paid for my peanut butter one but I didn't even notice it was wrong until I was almost home. Not to mention, the lady on the speaker sounded like she hates her job. Not a good first impression and the last one.

We got milkshakes and I ordered a caramel milkshake and there was extra caramel. It Looked super good and the girl that was giving us our milkshakes gave us a discount! We all liked the milkshakes and we didn't spill anything in the car. She made sure it wouldn't spill and she was being super kind and we will definitely be back!

Pulled into the drive through about 10 minutes before they closed. Just wanted some ice cream and they were the only place still open. When I asked for a second to figure what to get as I had never been before the woman on the speaker was very snippy. When I ordered brownie blizzard and tried to order some type of raspberry chocolate blizzard she snapped through the speaker that no one knew how to make that. When I said just give us 3 Oreo blizzards there was silence. After about 2 minutes I said that was all and she was very upset that I canceled the brownie one and just wanted the 3 Oreos. When we got to the window my friend realized she was the manager. The woman said all her people who make blizzards left about 10 minutes before we got there. So why did half your people leave 20 before you close? Ice cream was mediocre and nothing special. Could make better myself any day.

Great help and went out their way to make the cake special. Staff are happy and friendly. I have cream as usual.
