Chick-fil-a At Thompson Square - Tupelo

When you first move to the line and are greeted by this man in the parking lot, makes me feel better and better. Even if they look packed, I never spend more than 20 minutes in the line and kurbside is even faster. All are very nice and Maria is my favorite because she reminds me every time, even after I moved. This Chick-fil-A should be the standard!

Wow really gave me Mac and cheese when I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries don't recommend when they got new people working

Ordered a Large Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal. Chicken patty was half the size of the bun, still had half the sandwich left with no meat by the time I was done. Biggest complaint here is my large fries were a medium. Picture included. This is sad, as I've always enjoyed the fries here. Employees run to the front door to hug their friends and talk to them for 5 min instead of doing their job. There's nothing wrong with being friendly, but theres a time for that when people aren't waiting on food. Also note, there's a long line inside yet there's minimal vehicles in the drive through. This place is extremely slow. I would rather go to Raising Caines two minutes down the street than come back here. Chicken is better and you get the amount of fries you order.

While I may not agree with Chick-fil-A's politics, they make a darn good sandwich. The Thompson Square location was no exception in quality or service. The restaurant was clean and our detailed order (due to allergies) was delivered with care. If you're in the area, I'd recommend.

I'm used to the kid's meal fries being barely warm, so I checked them before I left with my to go order, but I didn't check my chicken tenders. I was given a new box of fries when I asked, however, they were not very warm or fresh tasting. The chicken was also barely warm as well as on the tough side like it had been sitting in a warmer too long. One of my two pieces of chicken was only a half piece. My husband's sandwich and fries were good.
