Waffle House - Tunica

My experience was very pleasant and my food was prepared for my pleasure! Smiling faces were in the building!

I was there on 2/26/2022. The place was very busy so I left for awhile and came back. Since I knew they had had a busy day I was understanding of the fact that they were stressed. I especially appreciated the young man that was running the entire place. He took our order and cooked it to perfection from memory, then served us and refilled our drinks while everyone else was standing around counting their tips and taking it easy. Not only was he cooking and waiting tables he was cleaning the floors and bussing tables. Excellent on him. Thanks for the great meal and service.

I want to start by mentioning how busy this restaurant was when we arrived. The chefs and servers maintained their composure and enthusiasm, working together seamlessly to manage the orders. It was refreshing to witness such genuine teamwork! We were seated in no time. Our server was friendly and attentive, and our drinks arrived quickly. Our order was taken accurately and served just as we requested. We were very pleased with the service. They efficiently attended to both us and the other guests. And the food? It was absolutely delicious!

Jaycee was incredibly friendly and welcoming! Her customer service was outstanding, and she managed her responsibilities exceptionally well as the sole employee.

Although the staff was short-handed at 1 o'clock, they were incredibly friendly and eager to assist!
