Water Margin - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I have been dining at Water Margin for over a decade, and my last three meals have been exceptional. I'm not sure if they have a new chef, but I have always maintained that they are the best Chinese restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. This is coming from someone who has been a chef for 30 years.

We tried a takeaway from Water Margin. I have to say it’s the best Chinese we have had in Tunbridge Wells. Tasty food and large portions. Won’t bother with the others as no where near as good, and we’ve tried them all.

Very disappointing meal completely spoilt by the huge amount of salt, it was a brine solution. I think it may have been quite good as the vegetables etc were fresh but I am afraid it was inedible

Just ordered takeaway from here absolutely fantastic best CHINESE I've ever eaten it was to die for they've got some first class chefs everything was cooked to perfection best Chinese ever turned up when said and hot great service from lovely lady who takes orders don't go anywhere else trust me its great

I have tried all the other restaurants in Tunbridge Wells, and this one is truly the best! I highly recommend the prawn balls and squid.
