Picked up my online order. Great selection of wines and great prices!

Terrible place to buy wine. Good selection and good prices, but they never delivered the wine I ordered and claimed it was not their responsibility that UPS lost or damaged them. $500... I guess I'll try to talk to my credit card company. I wouldn't risk ordering them if I were you. Edit: You treat things very well when you leave a 1-star rating and contest the fees. Very recommended this course of action if your initial attempt is bad.

I ordered wine from them and it never came and when I asked about it they said “looks like UPS lost or damaged your shipment. Unfortunately we aren’t able to issue you a refund or replace your items free of charge.”
