Birdwing Cafe and Curios - TUMBULGUM

Quaint tea coffee house in the middle of Tumbulgum NSW . Small selection of cakes sweets from display all made in house a bit different. I had this coffee meringue thing which was very tasty .Coffee was only average but tea is served in traditional old English tea cups . Some good views to river from inside, watching the tourist ferries go by with Mt Warning as a photographers delight in the background. Seemed very popular with the local ladies pricing also seemed very fair.

This restaurant offers gluten-free and vegan choices in a unique atmosphere filled with second-hand books, DVDs, and CDs. They also have art, souvenirs, and knick-knacks for sale. It's a fun place with delicious food and a beautiful view of the river.

Very quaint... old world charm. Lots if artifacts books paintings photos and niknaks for sale. Food is good as well. The river view is priceless
