The Dragon Palace - Tumbler Ridge

I've been to Pam's several times over the years and have never had a bad experience.

The parking lot was packed on a Sat morning so we thought we were in for a wait We were pleasantly surprised that we were seated right away.

The food here is pretty decentIf overpricedI don't think French toast and some bacon should be 10 bucksBut it definitely doesn't taste bad.

The restaurant was empty when we first arrived but quickly filled up. The server handled every table alone. He's an interesting guy ,always whistling and seemed angry. He provided great service ,fast and attentive. The meal was okay ,nothing really to compare it to as there are only 4 places to eat in town. Decent menu and large portions . He seemed to have a regular clientele that enjoyed the place ..

On a solo dinner, I had the Ginger chicken. It was loaded with chicken and onion and lots of ginger. Tasted very good and the portion size was big. Too much for 1 person, but had it for lunch the next day. Only thing I was not keen on was that you had to get a side of rice at an additional charge, not much, but still. I would go back here again when I am back in town.
