Hotel Andreas Tulum Restaurant

Creo que deberian de brindar un mejor servicio a sus clientes porq desde que llegamos no nos recibieron, tampoco llevaron el menu hasta que lo pedimos el mesero nunca se presento y tenia mala actitud y sobre la comida y precios regular no vuelvo a regresar fue una mala experiencia!!!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO

Visité este lugar antes de entrar a la zona arqueológica, pedí un sandwich c/papas y un jugo de naranja. Mi pareja pidió un cóctel de camarón. El sandwich estaba regular, las papas casi sin sal. El jugo de naranja no es jugo natural o al menos lo rebajan con bastante agua. El cóctel muy pequeño y sin estar frío. En fin, la comida es nefasta para los precios que tienen. En la Quinta avenida encontré comida de gran calidad a precios excelentes, siendo esta igual una zona turística. Para colmo, me llevaron la cuenta, pagué y se cobraron 10% de propina sin mi autorización.

Cerca de la zona arqueologica, las habitaciones estan limpias te proporcionan las bicicletas sin costo alguno a diferencia de otros hoteles que hasta 250 pesos por dia, tiene precios accedibles con las 3 BBB el costo para 4 personas 2 niños 900.00 y 2 adultos 800 muy bueno

We were on a tour and had a dead line before our tour left, we told the waiter we were leaving at a certain time and asked if the food would be ready in time and he said it would. We were waiting almost a half an hour for a pizza. There were not many people there so no excuse for the delay. Our time to leave had passed and we told the waiter we could not wait any longer so he said this to his manager. She was the most aggressive&ignorant person I have ever seen to be in charge of a business. She delayed our tour and insisted on us waiting even though we had told them our dead line. She would not accept any responsibility for her co workers mistakes. Including the theft of change and again denied this. Basically tried to ruin our day. She threatened us and left a bad image of trips in Mexico in our minds. Toilets were filthy, dingy and run down. But the horrendous treatment we received from staff was by far the worst experience we have ever have. It left us both shaken.

I am not going to leave a massive comment here but just wanted to say that I found the lady that ran the restaurant to be an extremely rude individual as well as a few of the staff members. The worst dining experiences I have had in central America. I had the pizza, and it tasted like it was one of those frozen pizzas heated up. Very plastic and hard.
