We came back many times and my personal favorite are the flying noodles. Note that this is in Cozumel not Tulum as the map seems to indicate.
I walked passed the place with a friend a day before they opened. Since I'm vietnamese myself (and was craving) I got really excited and we went to get food there the next day. We got a Pho Noodle Soup, Pad Thai and Bo Ne. The Pho soup was alright, the Pad Thai (so my friend said) was amazing and the Bo Ne was also very good and delicious. You can see the nice lady making the food from fresh ingredients and everyone there is really nice as well.

The island of Cozumel continues to amaze me. It's astounding how many chefs use this Caribbean island as a destination. Now a young woman has brought her considerable talents as a chef from Vietnam to our island and her food is amazing.Authentic... Fresh... Delicious... In a simple restaurant .. open from 11 to 7 pm. Thai pan noodles with shrimp.. Spring rolls.. inexpensive...a delicious find.
