Nice place to grab a coffee and sit. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Wasn't sure what flavour to get and the recommended vanilla with caramel in the cold brew is great. Coffee came out fast. Had the Sausage roll was also very good.

The coffee was great! The espresso was perfectly made and I was so thrilled to see that they served it with the lid on the side so I could see the latte art! It didn't take very long at all for them to get it done and our barista was very nice : the atmosphere was kind of awkwardly quiet, but I think that was more of a customer thing than a store thing. The music playing was really good!

I regularly ordered a cortado, but this morning I received a short measure of some substance that was most unlike a cortado.

Service was horrible. The gal at the register did not greet me or smile one time. She just glared at me. We were the only people there and they had three staff working. I ordered 2 hot choc, 1 cappuccino, and toast with butter and jelly. It took a really long time to get all of it. I got the toast a few minutes after the drinks and the 1 piece of bread was cold so it was difficult to spread the cold hard butter on it. Horrible. I threw it away. I didn't want to bother or interrupt the staff's conversation about their fitness or mental health, to ask for it to be warmed up. Other people came in after us and also had to wait a long time and were treated the same way. When the items were ready, they just announced what they were, no nice comments like have a nice day or thank you, no smile or eye contact, no interactions with customers at all. Maybe the staff is only nice to local regular customers and hotel customers are not important. IDK, but it was like watching a bad show about young millennials and their daily drama.
