フィードバックを提供するI really appreciated the no-contact ordering system. The food was incredibly fresh—it's the freshest I've ever had from a Taco Bell. They prepare your meal right when you order, so nothing is sitting out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, even with limited interaction.
I have to say, the employees at this Taco Bell went above and beyond. I had lunch there around 1 p.m. on a Thursday. Later, around 5 p.m., I realized I had lost my wallet. I searched everywhere but was starting to lose hope of finding it. Fast forward to 10 p.m.—I was on my way home from work and something urged me to stop by and ask if they had seen it. To my surprise, the manager had kept my wallet in a safe place, and everything—money included—was still inside. That was truly a blessing in today’s world. The staff really took care of me that day. Thank you to the Taco Bell team for everything you do!
This had been a dud location with poor service for years but now has improved to a great extent. The food I received my last trip was absolutely perfect. The employees might have been inebriated but I'll excuse that when they do their job this well.
I visited this location at 7:30 on a Sunday evening and noticed that there seemed to be only one person working the drive-thru and another cooking. While this isn't ideal, I absolutely understand that it’s not the employees' fault. We placed our order through the drive-thru, but part of it was incorrect, so my husband tried to go inside, only to find the door locked. We went back through the drive-thru, and they fixed our order right away. I believe that patience is important, and I recognize that the challenges stem from the parent company not providing enough support or compensation to maintain a full staff. I want to give a shout-out to the employees who were there—kudos to them for doing their best under the circumstances!
