Pizza Hut - Tulsa

I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years and have consistently experienced excellent service. My orders have always been accurate, whether I placed them online or over the phone. Although this isn't the nearest Pizza Hut to my home, I'm happy to travel a bit further for outstanding food and service.

The food and service at this Pizza Hut location are consistently excellent. I started ordering from here shortly after moving to the area and plan to keep placing orders in the future.

I usually enjoy the pizza from this place, but my last order yesterday was disappointing. The pizza was cold when it arrived, and it was late as well. To top it off, it wasn't cut properly, so I had to do it myself.

The driver, Jordan, calls you when he arrives and parks outside, instructing you to go to his car to pick up the pizza. This has happened multiple times with him. He really needs some training.

She then claimed that my order had been misdelivered because I provided the wrong address. However, I used my usual address, which I’ve consistently used with them and other services. Instead of helping me, she became confrontational. My friend was on the call with me on speakerphone, and we both found her responses to be aggressive, blaming me for the situation because I didn’t provide a building number. After several frustrating minutes, she eventually admitted that she had made and delivered my order. The delivery driver later told us that he had heard my original order was sent to the wrong place, which resulted in the confusion. When I finally received my food, the Bergtaus were warm, but the cookie was stale. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again, especially in the evening. On a positive note, the delivery driver in the morning had been delightful!
