フィードバックを提供するEven though I don't fully understand the reasoning behind it, I appreciate that they stick to their schedule—at 10:31, they had already stopped serving the breakfast menu. While I was there, the place was being cleaned. It wasn't sparkling clean when I arrived, but they were actively working on it. The service was decent, but I expected a friendlier attitude, especially since I was the only customer at that time in the morning. I might just have higher expectations for customer service. This is why I rated it a 4. The food was fine, and people come here for that, so I think they could focus more on impressing their customers. I understand it's a fast-food restaurant, so I’m not expecting five-star treatment, but a smile to start would be nice! In summary, work on improving customer service, and you'll likely earn many more five-star ratings. That's all I have to share!
I have to admit, I'm not a fan of McDonald’s food, but I had an unexpected experience recently. As I pulled into Tulsa in a loaner car while my own was being serviced, I discovered I had a flat tire. While I was trying to change it myself, one of the employees came out and helped me. A huge shout-out and thank you to Ariel for going above and beyond his usual duties. Please consider visiting this location and showing them your support!
Usually pretty good service but lately they've been making the drinks and leaving them to melt on the counter until the entire order is ready instesd of just handing you your drink first
They didn't get our order right even though they said it correctly at the drive thru. When we paid they told us to let them know and they would change it so we did and they still gave us the wrong stuff. Had to go in and get my fries that came with my meal and he just kept his drink even though it wasn't the correct size.
This is probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever visited. It's clean, well-decorated, and the staff is always ready to help and strives to satisfy customers. Overall, it's a great experience. My only minor gripe is that they often direct you to the self-order kiosks, which can be a bit frustrating at times. Other than that, I would rate it a 9 out of 10.
