Burger King - Tulsa

Do not order breakfast on the app. But the service in the thru drive is excellent. Food: 5/5

Absolutely horrible! Me and mother waiting in line for 20 minutes,the vehicle infont gets to order.We pull up to order and are told to wait. Only us and the vehicle Infront are in line and we get to order. We seen the signs didn't have working lights but had a 2-6 deal. Which normally includes the whopper. We were yelled at by another person in the background while ordering,that those items where not apart of the deal. So we ordered our regular whopper.Waited in line behind the same vehicle for another 30 minutes.Tried to back out but there was a car stuck at the menu. When we finally get to the window,the girl apologized for the wait so my mother asked what was the issue. No one should have to experience this.She shrug her shoulders and handed a burger that probably sat there the whole time. I also told her I'd be calling cooperate on them for the way her coworker yelled over the speaker and she continued to run her mouth after we drove away. But I'll be sure to mention that to her boss too!! Never going back!!

Just before prime time lunch and it was a quick visit. Drive Through was answered rapidly as I pulled up, order was taken quickly and concisely. My food took a couple of minutes, but nothing excessive as the food was hot and fresh, the fries must've just come out of the fryer even. It would be a five start visit, but the customer service was lacking. She wasn't rude, she just was kind of there, as well as she appeared to mumble when She spoke. Overall solid visit and a good Burger King!

Worst Burger King I have ever been to ,and the very worst experience I have ever had such bad terrible attitudes there.They messed my order completely up and when I asked my boyfriend to go in and get me some more food because they had messed it up they still didn't fix it correctly only have 1 sandwich back and then would not give him a refund when I said never mind let's just get our money back and go somewhere else.Nope they could not even do that

Waited in line over 20 minutes for chicken fries with one car in front of me then was charged extra to get more than one sauce
