They still haven't reopened their dining room since COVID, but the drive-thru is generally quite fast. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly.

The food was cold and the new chicken dishes are overpriced. I think I’ll just start buying frozen White Castle burgers from Kroger instead.

This place the is most ridiculous place ever. They are never open when they are supposed to be. The employees are rude and the general manager has a real attitude problem. The food is never fresh always old tasting. They need to straighten up before they end up closing down

We ended up waiting 30 minutes before it was our turn to get food. When we reached the window, the staff member told me that the woman we let back in had paid for our order, which was very kind of her. We had ordered 4 Krystal Chicks and 2 Cokes. I made sure we weren't charged anything and thanked her for her generosity. However, just a mile down the road, we discovered that we had received part of someone else's order. I understand they were likely short-staffed and doing their best, but it seems they could use some extra help.

This lace literally needs to be closed all the employees need training or something they are idk I?ll never eat there again
